Central Pacific Engineering is a privately owned
firm, established in 1987 and formally known as Special Projects
Laboratories (SPL). In March of 1990, SPL was renamed to Central
Pacific Engineering to reflect the actual work being performed
(professional electrical engineering services).

CPE maintains a high-tech office with the latest
technology in equipment available (including hardware and software
applications) in order to support the goal of providing optimum
service to our clients. Popular equipment used includes: Computer
Aided Design and Drafting (AutoCad) to provide high-tech overlaying,
coordination and quick changes to final drawings; maintaining an FTP
site and e-mail server for transferring data files and project
information; computer modeling software for designing artificial and
natural lighting design concepts; power monitoring equipment and
software for power analysis applications in measuring and modeling
complete electrical systems for voltage drop, fault currents,
harmonics, coordination studies, and overall electrical system
performance studies; and computerized accounting and data
processing.

light commercial, heavy & light industrial, educational, hospital,
residential, hospitality industry, recreational sports facilities,
